What We Believe

We believe in the Deity of Christ: That He is Very God and as God has always been.

We believe that salvation is by faith in Christ alone. That it is a gift of God without works. Ephesians 2: 8 - 9

We believe in the virgin birth of Christ. That Jesus was born of Mary without an earthly father.

We believe in the verbal inspiration of Scripture. That the Bible (KJV) is the infallible Word of God and it was written by holy men of old, who wrote as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit. 2 Timothy 3:16

We believe in the Second Coming of Christ.  That Jesus will come in the clouds to rapture His Church and seven years later He will return to the earth with His Church to rule the earth for one thousand years.

We believe there are two ordinances of the Church: Baptism: by immersion of one who has accepted Christ as Saviour. While we believe baptism should be an act of obedience for every believer who has the opportunity to be baptized; we do not believe that baptism saves or makes anyone "more" saved.

We believe Communion or The Lord's Supper is a time of remembrance of the work of Christ and is a time of honoring Christ for the work He did for us on Calvary.

We believe in the total depravity of man: That all of mankind is born lost and in need of a Saviour. That mankind is unable to save himself and apart from salvation through the finished work of Christ  he will spend eternity in Hell.

We believe that Heaven is a literal place prepared for those have accepted Christ as Saviour and when a saved person dies physically, their soul and spirit go immediately into the presence of God.
